Skin is covered with pores which commonly known as small openings that can be the home for hair follicles. Inside the pore, there is an oil-producing gland called sebaceous gland and they make oil called sebum which helps to keep hair and skin soft. However, there is a chance your pore can be blocked because of dead skin cells or extra oil and when they begin to build up in the pores then a pimple will occur. Not only is pimple caused by extra oil in the pores but bacteria can also be a major cause which often cause irritation, redness, as well as inflammation which can make your pimple tender and painful. Nasal furuncles and nasal vestibulitis can appear as the consequences of these bacteria.
